The estate of John Rushing has listed for sale a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 2240 Nottingham Lane in Groves for $76,000.

The 1,210-square-foot house was built in 1975 in the Glenhaven Manor subdivision. Sandra Kidd of Coldwell Banker Southern Homes is the listing agent.

Rushing was a former co-owner and developer of Oak Grove Nursing Home and former developer of Jonothon's Inn and Motel.
