Michael Korsinsky and Leah Korsinsky bought a home at 1752 East 29th St. in Madison from Stephen Hersh, Judith Hersh and Toby Hersh for $772,500 on June 30.

The two-story, 1,712-square-foot house was built in 1930.

Korsinsky has his own private law practice in New York, where he focuses on corporate law, estate planning and real estate.

He has also practiced with law firms Goetz Fitzpatrick, Fisbein Badillo and Kaye Scholer.

He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School (2000) and his bachelor's from the Brooklyn College of the City University of New York (1996).

Home sales in Madison dropped four percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price, however, went up from $175,000 to $200,000 during the same period.
