Mr. Versano is the head of development at Boating Insurance and the president of Gizmo Tech Inc.

Prior to that, he worked at Partner Communications as a WAP development team leader.

Home sales in Georgetown/Marine Park/Bergen Beach/Mill Basin have dropped almost 32 percent thus far in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price also dropped from $481,000 to $475,000 so far this year.
