Milissa Finkel and Steven Stein bought a home at 2077 Kimball St. in Marine Park from Joann Romeo for $470,000 on July 1.

The 1,665-square-foot, two-story house was built in 1940.

Ms. Finkel is a facilitator with ArtistCares. She also works as an art therapy consultant for different schools in New York. She uses art as a mean for healing and personal development.

She holds a master's degree in expressive therapy.

Home sales in Marine Park have decreased 31.5 percent thus far in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price also dropped from $481,000 to $475,000 so far this year.
