Brian Stern and his wife, Sharon, bought Unit #6 at 127 Montgomery Place in Park Slope  from 1 Montgomery Place Associates, LLC, for $1.038 million on July 15.

Mr. Stern has been a director of client services at the Manhattan office of Glispa Media, a performance-based online advertising firm headquartered in San Francisco.

He graduated from the University of Michigan.

Mrs. Stern has been a financial public relations director for Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher, an investor relations firm in Manhattan.

She holds a bachelor's degree from George Washington.

There have been 319 condo sales in Park Slope/Gowanus in 2008, with a median price of $615,000.
