Lisa Buhain and Benjamin D. Goldman sold the one-bath Unit #3B at 158 Atlantic Ave. in Carroll Gardens/Columbia Street/Red Hook to Corey Banning and Audrey Tan for $435,000 on July 11.

Buhain has served as a director at Merrill Lynch, a wealth management, capital markets and advisory company founded in 1914.
