Abe Chehebar sold a 2,730-square-foot home at 1831 Ocean Parkway in Homecrest to Elliot Antebi and Rachel Sutton for $2.4 million on May 24.

The home was built in 1920.

Chehebar is the founder and CEO of Accessory Network Group LLC, a New York-based handbag and accessories company. He also serves as the chairman of Brand Science LLC and chairman and director of Ghurka.

Antebi is the director, president and CEO of IBuyDigital.com Inc., a Brooklyn-based multi category online discount retailer of brand-name merchandise. He previously founded Central Digital Inc., Dbuys.com Inc., and Digital Megastore.com Inc., where he also served as CEO, president and director.

Antebi and Sutton sold their three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2201 E. Fourth St. in Homecrest for $1.6 million in Dec. 2011.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 141 home sales in Homecrest during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $600,000.
