Chief creative officer buys in Clinton Hill for $2.55M

Medium 670647e541863fd48a96f6898f946ae5 Amir Kassaei and Marion Kassaei bought a townhome at 377 Grand Ave. in Clinton Hill from Patrick Brennan for $2.55 million on May 30.

The 4,056-square-foot house was built in 1901 in the Clinton Hill Historic District.

Amir Kassaei serves as chief creative officer of DDB Worldwide, a marketing communications company. He joined the company in 2003 as chief creative officer and associate partner at DDB Germany.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 75 home sales in Clinton Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $430,000.
