Photography book editor nets $1.14M condo in Park Slope

Medium 268bc9780c2b4c4bf4ef3150e7379f8d Reuel Golden and Emma Golden bought a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 377 First St. in Park Slope from Erin K. Segilia for $1.14 million on June 6.

Segilia paid $935,000 for the property in July 2006. The 1,000-square-foot Unit 4 is one of the four units in the four-story condo development at 377 Park Slope Condo, which was built in 1920 and renovated in 2006.

Reuel Golden is a photography book editor at Taschen, an art book publisher in New York.

He previously was the editor of British Journal of Photography and executive editor at Photo District News. He is the author of the book Masters of Photography and Witness: The World's Greatest News Photographers.

He has a degree in politics from the University of Sussex.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 121 condo sales in Park Slope during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $572,702.
