Diana Twyman bought a one-bedroom, one bath condo at 2007 N. Sedgwick St. in Lincoln Park for $252,000 from John and Jill Kehoe on May 16.

Twyman is the treasurer at the Poetry Center of Chicago and an advisor at UniVerse, an interactive international poetry forum. She is a published writer and professional oil and pastel artist, as well as an international life sciences consultant.
