Dr. Ziauddin Khan sold a two-bedroom, two bath condo at 4575 Dean Martin Drive in Paradise to Dr. Dhirendra J. Patel and his wife, Minaxi, for $515,000 on June 27.

Dr. Khan paid $586,000 for the 1,463 square foot Unit #2408 of Panorama Towers.

Dr. Khan is a cardiologist who has worked for the Heart Center of Nevada in Las Vegas.

He received his medical degree from the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College of Aligarh Muslim University in India. He trained at the University Hospital, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Dr. Khan bought a home at 128 S. Royal Ascot Drive in Las Vegas in 2000.

Patel is a radiologist who specializes in radiation oncology.

He has been affiliated with the Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, Ariz., and Northern Arizona Tumor Institute in Prescott.

He graduated from the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College of Ranchi University in India.

Panorama Towers, which will consist of three, 30 plus story towers, had two of its towers completed in 2007. Tower 3 is slated for completion in 2009. The development has 1,015 units to date.

Condo sales in Paradise dropped 32 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price increased from $375,000 to $513,000.
