Kevin Trompak and his wife, Terri, sold a five-bedroom, three bath at 325 Glistening Cloud Drive in Henderson to James and Leslie Donatelli for $615,000 on June 30.

The Trompaks paid $387,000 for the property in July 2003. The 3,912 square foot house, built in 2000, is in Green Valley Ranch subdivision.

Mr. Trompak has worked for Varian Medical Systems, Inc., a Palo Alto-based designer and manufacturer of advanced equipment and software solutions for cancer treatment, radiosurgery and X-ray imaging.

Mrs. Trompak heads the education committee of the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany in Nevada, where she and her husband are members.

Home sales in Henderson dropped 21 percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price also fell from $328,000 to $279,000.
