Pete DeLasho and Gerri Bulion sold their two-bedroom, one bath at 10820 Franklin Ave. in Culver City for $950,000 to Seth Brysk on July 17, 2007.

DeLasho and Bullion paid $679,000 for the home in July 2004.

DeLasho is a television director and producer who is currently the director of "Renovation Nation," on the Discovery Channel's Planet Green network. He also directed seven episodes of the Comedy Central hit "The Man Show" in 2001 and produced eight episodes of the MTV reality show "Viva La Bam."
