Actor Brian Austin Green has listed for sale his four bedroom, four-bath at 7387 Woodrow Wilson Dr. in Cahuenga Pass for the asking price of $2.395 million.

Green paid $1.65 million for the home in March 2001. Aileen Comora of Westside Estate Agency Inc. is the listing agent for the property.

Green, 36, is an actor best known for his lengthy stint as teenager David Silver on the 1990s Fox hit "Beverly Hills 90210." Green was a mainstay from the program's inception until it ended in 2000, and has appeared on a number of programs since. He's likely most recognized now for his role as Derek Reese on the Fox drama "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles," which made its debut in 2008. He also starred on the short-lived Freddy Prinze, Jr., sitcom "Freddie" in 2005, and starred on the soap opera "Knots Landing" during the 1980s.
