Upper West Side condo fetches $1.195M

Erik Vind bought a two-bedroom, two bath condo at 215 W. 95th St. in the Upper West Side from Jeffrey Lewis for $1.195 million on July 2.

The 1,141-square-foot Unit #11H is in the Princeton House, a condominium apartment building located between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue.

Vind has served as managing director of Aston Network Management, an international supplier of integrated strategies and solutions for the Internet.

The Princeton House, which was built in 1986, has 212 units on 16 floors.

Condo sales on the Upper West Side rose 10 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price, however, dropped from $765,000 to $718,000 during the same period.
