Ofek has served as a senior vice president in the New York office of CDR Financial Products, a national capital markets group which creates and markets leading edge financial products and services.

She has also worked as president of Cap M Funding, a derivatives consulting firm. She earned her B.A. in political science with an emphasis in international relations from UCLA.

There are 202 units in the 21-story building at 201 W. 72nd St., which is also known as The Alexandria. It was constructed in 1938.

Condo sales in Lincoln Square went up nine percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also went up from $800,000 in 2006 to $940,000 in 2007.
