HSBC officer, TV producer sell for $2.35M in Carnegie Hall

Van Hesser and Anne-Marie Hesser sold the three-bedroom, three-bath Unit #5A at 1211 Madison Ave. in Carnegie Hall to Jack M. Jordan and Patricia J. Jordan for $2.35 million on July 9.

Unit #5A is in a co-op building at the corner of East 87th Street.

Mr. Hesser has served as the global head of credit research at HSBC Bank USA. He has also served as the company's managing director.

He also has worked as a vice president of the bond research group at Goldman Sachs, an investment banking and securities firm.

He attended Fordham University and received his M.B.A. from Yale University.

Mrs. Hesser has worked as a producer for TV shows such as Intimate Portrait, a biographical TV series, Kids, Terrorism and the American Spirit and Nick News with Linda Ellerbee.

She also has worked as a managing producer in the development department of Lucky Duck Productions.

She graduated from Rutgers University and earned her master's degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania.

1211 Madison Ave., which was built in 1948, has 67 units in 15 floors. Sales in the building dropped from 2006-2007 five to one. The median sales price dropped 17 percent, from $910,426 to $755,000

Condo sales in Carnegie Hall increased five percent from 2006-2007, rising from 353 to 372. The median sales price dropped 14 percent, from $1.3 million to $1.1 million.
