Attorney buys Trump Place condo

Amy Guss bought the 939-square-foot Unit #3A at 220 Riverside Blvd. in Lincoln Square for $875,000 from Brian Larson on July 22.

Guss is an attorney at Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke, LLP, a law firm headquartered in New York City. She focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration and individual tax planning.

She is a member of the New York State Bar Association's trusts and estates section, where she serves on the charitable organizations committee.

Guss received a B.A. from Barnard College and a J.D. from City University of New York Law School. She also holds an L.L.M. in taxation from New York University.

The Trump Place is a 49-story condominium apartment tower completed in 2003. Unit #3A is one of its 440 apartments.

Sales in 220 Riverside Blvd. were up 76.2 percent from 2006 to 2007. The median sales price also rose 35.4 percent, from $960,000 to $1.3 million during the same period.

Condo sales in Lincoln Square were up 14 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also went up from $1.2 million to $1.5 million.
