Philip C. Palmetto and Anthony Porco bought a four-bedroom, four bath at 8931 Equus Circle in Unincorporated Southeast Palm Beach County for $535,000 from Deutsche Bank National Trust Company on June 13.

Deutsche Bank foreclosed on the property in Aug. 2007. The 3,510 square foot house was built in 2004.

Palmetto is a managing partner at Palmetto, Mokko, Molinaro and Sciacca, LLP, an accounting firm in Meville, N.Y. He specializes in taxation, estate planning and personal financial planning.

Home sales in Unincorporated Southeast Palm Beach County have dropped 43.1 percent thus far in 2008. The median sales price has also dropped from $415,000 in 2007 to $304,000 so far this year.
