North Carolina forestry expert sells in Boca's Stratford Arms

George F. Dutrow and his wife, Dolores, sold a three-bedroom, three bath condo in the Stratford Arms at 2600 S. Ocean Blvd. in Boca Raton for $700,000 to Janet Zalena Senatore on July 1.

Unit #0073 is one of 119 in the Stratford Arms, which was built in 1975.

Mr. Dutrow currently serves as the managing director of The Forestland Group, a company that acquires and manages timberland investments. He works out of the company's office in Chapel Hill, N.C.

He is also the former dean of the School of Forestry and Environmental Studies at Duke University.

Condo sales in Boca Raton dropped 31 percent in 2007. Median sale price also dropped $55,000, from $400,000 in 2006 to $345,000 in 2007.
