Wachovia IT manager sells in University City

Helen A. Heimann and Lori D. Mills sold their four-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 8672 W. Kingsbury Ave. in University City for $508,000 to John H. Robinson and his wife, Marilyn, on May 20.

Heimann and Mills paid $519,000 for the 2,553 square foot home in June 2003, a year after it was built.

Lynnsie Kantor of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $569,000 when it appeared on the market in March.

Heimann is an IT program manager at Wachovia in St. Louis and a program manager for the branch supervision and oversight program at A.G. Edwards.

She's also worked for US Bank, Capital One, TDS Telecom and the Boatmen's Trust Company. He earned his master's in information management from Washington University in St. Louis and his bachelor's in data processing from Southern Illinois University.

Home sales in University City are up 7.5 percent in 2008. The median sale price, however, is down from $160,000 to $129,000 so far this year.
