The 3,365-square-foot, two-story house was built in 1996 in Wildwood Northeast. It is located in the Westhampton Woods subdivision.

Mr. Zutshi is an associate research fellow at Pfizer. Prior to that, he was an associate research fellow at PGRD, a senior research scientist at Pharmacia and a manager at Battelle.

He attended the University of Florida and Banaras Hindu University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 417 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $320,500.
