Dr. J. Marcus Heim and his wife, Gwen, sold their five-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 2149 Brook Hill Ct. in Chesterfield for $720,000 to Dennis B. Hilboldt and his wife, Jane, on May 12.

The Heims bought the house for $692,500 on July 2005. It was built in 1992.

Susan Klotz of Blue Ribbon Realtors was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $785,000 when it appeared on the market in June 2007.

Dr. Heim is an orthopedic surgeon at The Orthopedic Center at Northwest in Springdale, Ark. He previously served as an orthopedic surgeon at Des Peres Hospital.

He earned his D.O. from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Mr. Hilboldt serves as president of Hilboldt Curtainwall Inc., a St. Louis-based commercial construction company specializing in the engineering, fabrication and installation of exterior wall systems.

Mrs. Hilboldt is the CEO of the company.

Home sales in Chesterfield have increased 37 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price, however, has dropped $5,000, from $330,000 to $325,000 so far this year.
