This brick and frame Dutch Colonial style home was originally constructed in the 1920s. Forest Glen expanded and remodeled the kitchen adding a breakfast room and remodeling the powder room. An adjacent family room open to the new kitchen with Bertch Legacy cabinetry and granite counters complemented the existing floor plan. The 2nd floor improvements included a master bedroom suite with walk-in closets and luxury bath.
Features of the bath include Toto fixtures and Grohe valves. Pella windows and doors were used throughout and the whole house was resided in Hardie plank fiber-cement siding. Forest Glen and the owners wanted the addition to appear as if it were original inside and outside. Strict attention was paid to replicate the original interior moldings and doors while the overall exterior was designed in the same style as the original.
