The Boyer Lambert House

Lawyer and real estate developer John E. Boyer had this eclectic home constructed in 1908. Designed by E. W. Sankey, the house incorporates the English, Prairie School and California Craftsman styles of architecture. The home, which sits on a knoll on a trapezoidal lot, was designated a Seattle Landmark in 1983.
