Former Mariner slugger Jay Buhner's home
by BlockShopper Historian published Jul. 31, 2009
Former Seattle Mariners star Jay Buhner and his wife, Leah, put this four-bedroom lodge-style home on the market for $12 million back in November of 2008. The slugger played with the Mariners from 1988 to 2001 after being traded from the New York Yankees in the summer of 1988. Buhner, who's nicknamed "Bone," appeared in his last major league game in 2001 after hitting 310 career home runs. The Mariners have not issued Buhner's No. 19 jersey since he retired.
