Nihem acquired the property for $392,500 in Jan. 2007. Unit #1 is one of 57 condos at the three-story Tower Lake development, which was built in 1918.

Rees is a member of the Pircher, Nichols & Meeks law firm in Chicago. She concentrates her practice on real estate law.

She earned her degree from Northwestern Illinois University and her J.D. from the Loyola University Law School.

Servillo is the owner of the Evanston-based computer consulting company Gene Servillo Consulting Inc.

He attended the University of Illinois.

Nihem is a lawyer in private practice in Evanston.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 264 condo sales in Evanston in 2008, with a median price of $234,750.
