Mr. Hotary is a financial advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors. Prior to that, he worked as financial consultant at Smith Barney.

He earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Central Michigan University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 427 home sales in Ravenswood in 2008, with a median sales price of $306,500.
