Tadgh O'Reilly bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 21131 Vivienne Dr. in Matteson from Ohanlon Builder Inc. for $360,000 on Sept. 11.

The 4,306-square-foot house in the Butterfield Creek neighborhood was built in 2007.

Mr. O'Reilly is the owner of Gaelic Construction in Chicago. Previously, he was a customer service manager at Motorola and a manufacturing engineer for Data 100.

He studied telecommunications at the Cork Institute of Technology in Ireland.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 312 home sales in Matteson in 2008, with a median sales price of $158,000.
