Jonathan Eyler-Werve and his wife, Katherine, bought a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 4045 N. Southport Ave. in Ravenswood from Mollie K. Rose for $385,000 on Sept. 11.

Ms. Rose bought Unit #1 for $345,000 in July 2006. It is one of 18 units in the development at 4043-4057 N. Southport Ave.

Mr. Werve is director of global operations at Global Integrity, a non-profit research organization in Chicago that joined Global Integrity in 2002. He also works with Navigators Guild, a consulting firm that services social benefit organizations. He was the owner of Sparks Custom Publishing, worked as a writer and graphics editor at the Center for Public Integrity and was a journalist in Southeast Asia and Europe.

He attended earned a bachelor's in political science from Colorado College. He also attended George Washington University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 427 sales in Ravenswood in 2008, with a median sales price of $306,500.
