Unit #4203 is part of the 340 on the Park development, which was built in 2007 and has 344 units on 62 floors.

Dr. Zager practices oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Chicago. He is affiliated with the University of Illinois Dental School and the University of Illinois Hospital's Medical Center.

He earned his dental degree from Loyola University of Chicago-Stritch School of Medicine in 1978.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 182 sales in Streeterville in 2008, with a median sales price of $455,000.
