The 3,200-square-foot home was built in 1990 in the Highland Point subdivision.

Mr. Kallish is vice president of sales at Rainbow Lighting Inc., a Northbrook-based wholesaler of residential lighting fixtures. He joined the company in Aug. 1993.

He has a B.B.A. in marketing and finance from the University of Iowa.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 269 sales in Buffalo Grove in 2008, with a median sales price of $290,250.
