Connecticut lawyer sells Highland Park home

Medium de4e2863b0ae226db5a16351b155ba4d Lawrence I. Greenberg sold a two-bath home at 1718 Elmwood Dr. in Highland Park to David and Caroline Johnson for $525,000 on Sept. 18.

The 2,719-square-foot house was built in 1926 at Sunset Terrace subdivision in the neighborhood of Highland Park Central.

Greenberg is a partner at Suisman, Shapiro, Wool, Brennan, Gray & Greenberg P.C. in New London, Conn. He practices corporate law, business and estate planning, and commercial transactions.

He received his B.A. from Yale in 1952 and his J.D. from Harvard in 1955.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 240 home sales in Highland Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $432,430.
