Jeffrey J. Pawlicki and Adrienne Pawlicki sold a one-bath home at 890 Deer Path Dr. in Antioch to Carlos and Valerie Pinero for $267,500 on Sept. 18.

The Pawlickis paid $295,000 for the 2,077-square-foot house in Oct. 2007. It was built in 2004 in the Pine Hill Lakes subdivision in the neighborhood of East of Main Street.

Mr. Pawlicki is a senior project engineer at Molex, a supplier of interconnected products.

He previously was a design engineer at Grayhill.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 146 home sales in Antioch in 2008, with a median sales price of $211,250.
