Shawn and Kristine Latorra bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 1350 W. Belmont Ave. in Lake View from David and Maren Harris for $400,000 on Sept. 11.

Unit D is one of six units in the development at 1350 W. Belmont Ave.

Ms. Latorra works in advertising operations at Harpo, Oprah Winfrey's production company. She was previously the owner of Grin Autosports. She also worked in online ad trafficking for Tribune Interactive.

She studied new media at the Rochester Institute of Technology and earned a B.S. in business administration from LeMoyne College in 2004.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,121 sales in Lake View in 2008, with a median sales price of $330,000.
