Automotive software engineer moves to Lake Zurich

Medium 00e4e477d5db85d357db20fac20da256 Swapnil Chaturvedi and Tania Ganguly bought a two-bath home at 700 Beechwood Dr. in Lake Zurich from Roni P. Joseph and Anupa George for $315,000 on Sept. 14.

Joseph and George paid $315,000 for the property in Dec. 2003. The 1,364-square-foot house was built in 1977 in the Lake Zurich Southeast neighborhood.

Chaturvedi has been a software engineer at Continental Automotive Systems, a company that develops innovative technologies for the automotive industry.

He previously was a volunteer instructor in the American Indian program and a graduate assistant at New Mexico State University, where he received his M.S. in electrical engineering. He also holds a B.E. in electronics and communication from Bhilai Institute of Technology, and a certificate of capability maturity model integration from Broadsword Solutions/ Software Engineering Institute.

Jospeph has been a consultant of database developement at Allstate Insurance.

Before working at Allstate, he worked as a technical manager at Bradford Exchange.

He attended Northwestern University.

George has been a data analyst at Allstate Financial and has attended Bharathidasan University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 194 home sales in Lake Zurich in 2008, with a median sales price of $285,000.
