Account manager, professor sell in Grayslake

Medium a7499c94a685c2060da9d110926f4c2c Harold Dykeman and Ellen J. Dykeman sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1415 Turks Cap Road in Grayslake to Countryside Landfill Inc. for $445,758 on Sept. 14.

The Dykemans paid $422,720 for the property in June 2004. The 2,632-square-foot house was built in 2003 in the Grayslake South neighborhood.

Mr. Dykeman has been a senior account executive at Arlington Computer Products since 2008.

Prior to working with Arlington, he served as a senior manager of Sales Operations at JDM Infrastructure. He also served as sales manager at System Solutions Inc. and business development manager at Zenith Data Systems. He attended the University of Iowa.

Ms. Dykeman works as an associate professor of Computer Information Technology Computer Information Technology Department Chair at the College of lake County.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 232 home sales in Grayslake in 2008, with a median sales price of $232,000.
