Jacob and Kristi Cefolia sold a home at 908 S. Cambridge Ave. in Elmhurst to Kevin and Kathryn Fowler for $625,000 on Aug. 12.

The Cefolias paid $630,000 for the 2,806-square-foot home in Dec. 2007. It was built in 2007 in the Elmhurst South neighborhood.

Mr. Cefolia is a managing director of sales at United Airlines. He previously served as a regional sales director at Northwest Airlines and as an account manager at British Airways.

He graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 382 home sales in Elmhurst in 2008, with a median sales price of $335,000.
