Michael Aubuchon and Jeannette Jackowski bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1791 Whitt Court in Wheaton from Donald E. Nelson and Joanne M. Semro for $465,000 on Aug. 18.

The 3,216-square-foot house in the Wheaton Southeast neighborhood was built in 1988.

Jackowski has worked as a North America client marketing director at Tecturar, a provider of business consulting services.

She attended Loyola University of Chicago.

According to Blockshopper.com, there were 466 home sales in Wheaton in 2008, with a median sales price of $295,000.
