Andrew A. Boros and his wife, Danielle, sold a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 142 Millbrook Lane in Wilmette to Jesse and Jennifer Marzouk for $535,000 on Sept. 9.

Mr. and Mrs. Boros paid $610,000 for the property in March 2007. The 1,702-square-foot house in the West Wilmette neighborhood was built in 1959.

Mr. Boros is an attorney and member of the professional liability, transportation, product liability and retail defense practice groups at law firm Kopka, Pinkus, Dolin & Eads.

He received his B.A. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1991 and his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 1994.

Mr. Marzouk was an associate at Hilco Appraisal Services. Before that, he was a financial analyst at Philips Consumer Electronics.

He received his B.S. in accounting, finance and international studies from Indiana University–Bloomington in 2001 and he the attended the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 455 home sales in Wilmette in 2008, with a median sales price of $722,500.
