Jamon and Stacy Mytty bought a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2023 W. School St. in Roscoe Village from Michael and Mary Wernke for $1.31 million on Sept. 16.

The Wernkes paid $1,420,000 for the property in Jan. 2007. The 4,000-square-foot house was built in 2007.

Mr. Mytty is a national account executive at WellPoint/Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, a health insurance company. He previously worked with Coventry Health Care as the vice president of national accounts and director of national accounts. Before that, he was the director of national accounts, national account manager and relations administrator at First Health Group Corp.

He earned his B.A. in history and political science at the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1996.

Ms. Mytty serves as a vice president at JPMorgan Chase.

She attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 156 home sales in Roscoe Village in 2008, with a median sales price of $452,750.
