Unit #1300-3 is part of the Fletcher Condos development.

Mr. Schaumburg is assistant professor of finance at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. His research is in the focused on macroeconomics, asset pricing and financial econometrics.

He earned his Ph.D. in economics from Princeton University in 2001 and his master's degree in mathematics and economics from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 896 condo sales in Lake View in 2008, with a median sales price of $300,000.
