Ajay Chandran and Nainika Sharma bought a two-bath home at 706 Ashley Lane in Schaumburg from Joon Hee Lee for $385,000 on Sept. 22.

Lee paid $378,000 for the property in Aug. 2006. The 1,694-square-foot house in the Cutter's Mill subdivision was built in 1985.

Chandran is a regional manager at YKK Corp. of America, a zipper company.

Chandran graduated from the National Institute of Fashion Technology and Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 742 sales in Schaumburg in 2008, with a median sales price of $194,000.
