Mohammad T. Motan sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 244 Post Oak Circle in West Chicago to Lipsa and Nilay Patel for $305,000 on July 14.

The 3,096-square-foot house in the West Chicago North neighborhood was built in 2005.

Mr. Motan is the principal at Amtex Imports Inc., a wholesaler manufacturer of sportswear in Bensenville.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 167 home sales in West Chicago in 2008, with a median sales price of $160,000.
