Rahul and Mohita Gupte sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 2809 N. Wolcott Ave. in Lake View to James M. Kwong for $399,500 on Sept. 23.

The Guptes paid $372,000 for the property in Aug. 2004. Unit #C is part of the Landmark Village development, which was built in 1998 and houses 152 units.

Gupte is a manager at Deloitte, a company that provides audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk management and tax services.

He attended the University of Mumbai.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 893 condo sales in Lake View in 2008, with a median sales price of $299,000.
