Siemens sales support staffer gets Waukegan home

Medium 74f25ad5df8ebb7b491a3ca0e66f4440 Donna J. DePauw and Steven R. Hamilton bought the three-bedroom, two-bath home at 207 Miraflores Ave. in Waukegan from Renee Heraty and Thomas D. Heraty for $276,000 on Aug. 27.

Thomas Heraty acquired the property for $261,200 in April 2003. The 2,417-square-foot house was built in 1939 in the Waukegan East neighborhood.

DePauw has been on the inside sales support staff at Siemens Building Technologies, which offers electronics and electrical engineering-related products and services.

She attended the Mueller School of Cosmetology.

Ms. Heraty has worked as a sales support manager at Junction Solutions, which offers enterprise resource planning services.

She was previously with WMS Gaming, which is in the gambling and casinos industry.

She attended Western Illinois University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 933 home sales in Waukegan in 2008, with a median sales price of $85,283.
