Tina and John Hertzel bought a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 2500 N. Lakeview Ave. in Lincoln Park from Stacy and Gregory Angelopoulos for $475,000 on Oct. 9.

The Angelopoulos paid $382,000 for the property in Dec. 2002. The 1,126-square-foot Unit #1205 is part of the 2500 N. Lakeview Ave. development, which has 158 units on 35 floors.

Ms. Hertzel is the owner of Integrated Project Resources, a construction management company in Chicago. She was a consultant at Constellation Energy, a manager of project controls at U.S. Steel Corp. and a manager of the Midwest office at D&L Inc.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 658 condo sales in Lincoln Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $359,500.
