Andrea Hoyt bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 215 N. West St. in Wheaton from Carrie and Chas Berkich for $340,000 on Oct. 2.

The 2,149-square-foot Unit #203 is part of the Wesley Square condominium development, which was built in 2002 in the Wheaton Northeast neighborhood.

Hoyt has been the manager of project development at the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 431 home sales in Wheaton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $287,750.
