Technology company exec spends $1.055M on 5BD

Medium 82d6f411a09d976ec5aa3083fe805425 Odd and Anna Joergenrud bought a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 201 Norfolk Ave. in Clarendon Hills from Timothy J. O'Connell for $1.055 million on Oct. 2.

O'Connell paid $465,000 for the property in Oct. 2006. The 4,600-square-foot house was built in 2007 in the Clarendon Hills North neighborhood.

Mr. Joergenrud is aftermarket regional president at the Bosch Group, a global supplier of technology and services. He has served in several key sales and marketing management positions in the company's automotive aftermarket division.

He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration and his M.B.A. from the Norwegian School of Management.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 92 home sales in Clarendon Hills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $500,000.
