Mr. Schifferdecker is a marketing manager in the retail division of World's Finest Chocolate, a Chicago-based chocolate manufacturer. Prior to his current role, he was a marketing analyst for the company. He previously was a marketing analyst at Euromonitor International, a project coordinator and inside sales manager at Lyons Consulting Group and a manufacturing process consultant at Tooling Solutions.

He has a B.A. in speech communications from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago.

Ms. Schifferdecker has served as an account supervisor at the public relations firms Edelman and JSH&A Public Relations.

She attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and received a master's in psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.

Shahani works in the quality assurance department of the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits in Evanston. He formerly worked at GE Commercial Finance and at Hilb Rogal & Hobbs.

He has a B.S. in small business management from Purdue University and an M.B.A. in business from Loyola University of Chicago.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 71 condo sales in River North during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $329,000.
